Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Area
We currently ship to Germany and all countries within the European Union (EU).

2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.
Standard shipping within Germany: usually 3–5 business days
Shipping to other EU countries: usually 5–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to high demand, customs procedures (if applicable), or the shipping carrier.

3. Free Shipping
Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value. The exact threshold is shown during checkout.

4. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information when available.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

6. Risk of Loss
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to you when the goods are handed over to you or to a person designated by you. If you are not a consumer, the risk passes to you as soon as the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier.

7. Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered because you were not available, provided an incorrect address, or did not collect it from a parcel shop/locker in time, any additional costs (return shipping, re-delivery, storage fees) may be charged to you.

8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, carrier failures, or official measures).
