2. Purpose and legal bases (Art. 13(1)(c), Art. 6 GDPR)

We process personal data to:

  • Operate the Shopify storefront and fulfill contracts (orders, shipping, returns) — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR
  • Comply with tax, accounting, and commercial law obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR
  • Prevent fraud and secure the shop — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest)
  • Improve store performance and measure conversions (e.g. analytics/ads pixels) only where required consent is obtained — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR

3. Categories of data

When you visit the store we may collect device/browser technical data and usage data. When you place an order we collect name, billing/shipping address, payment-related data (via payment providers), email, and phone number if provided.

4. Recipients / processors

We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the business (e.g. Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, and advertising/analytics providers you consented to). We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Some processors may process data outside the EEA. Where applicable we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

6. Retention

Order and invoice-related data are retained as required by German commercial and tax law (typically up to 10 years for accounting records). Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or until you exercise applicable rights.

7. Your rights (Art. 13(2)(b)–(d), Arts. 15–21 GDPR)
