Return and Refund Policy

If you had an issue with one of our products, please let us know. We will try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email):

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Conditions for Returns
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging where practicable. All tags, labels, and accessories must be included. We reserve the right to deduct value for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return Process
1. Contact us first to request a return (email preferred).
2. After we confirm, send the product back to:

3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued after we have received and inspected the returned product (or you have provided proof of return). If the product is in good condition, we will refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or statutory withdrawal rules require otherwise). Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned item (or proof of shipment, as applicable).

Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. In these cases we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: customized or personalized products; sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery; goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
